Site production can be a tireless and tedious job. We wanted to understand the current sentiment of Site Producers working with the internal Content Management System and uncover opportunities for improvement and pain points. This is a baseline study for an internal Content Management System.

It is important for the Content Management Product team to understand how Site Producers are using the Content Management System, to move forward with system improvements and repeat the baseline study in regular intervals to monitor improvements.
